You should know the number before you hand over a single document.
Almost every firm in this category makes you book a call to find out what anything costs, then invoices you for work you never agreed to. We do it the other way around. Your fee is scoped, quoted in writing, and fixed before any work begins.
How a fee is produced
Three steps, and no meter running
We scope it
On the consult we establish what actually applies to you: which filings, which country, which years, how many entities. Twenty minutes, no charge, no document handover required.
You get a fixed quote in writing
One number, in the currency it will be invoiced in, with the scope it covers written next to it. You read it before you agree to it.
The quoted price is the price
We start work once you accept. If something in scope changes, we agree the change and the new number before any extra work happens, never after the fact.
There is no hourly billing on a filing engagement here, and no "we will let you know at the end".
The mechanics
The honest version of how fees move
A fixed fee is only fixed if both sides know what it covers. Here is what a standard engagement includes, and the specific things that make a file bigger.
What a fee includes
- The scoping consult itself
- Preparation of the filings named in your written scope
- A tax consultant review before anything is filed
- CFA-led advisory
- Sign-off by a licensed practitioner of record
- Reasonable questions by email or phone while your file is open
- A copy of everything filed, in a format you can hand to a lender or a bank
What changes a fee
- Additional years. Back-year filing is priced per year, and we tell you how many years are open before you commit.
- Additional entities. Each corporation is its own engagement line.
- Additional reporting forms that surface once we see your accounts, such as foreign reporting you were not aware applied.
- Bookkeeping that has to be rebuilt before a return can be prepared.
- A filing position that needs research or documentation beyond a standard treaty or foreign-tax-credit position.
- A deadline that requires work outside the normal queue.
Every one of those is agreed with you in writing before the work happens. None of them appears on an invoice you have not already seen.

Our guarantee
The quoted price is the price.
Two promises we put in writing, because "surprise invoice" and "still waiting to hear back" are why you left your last firm.
The fee we quote is the fee you pay. Scope changes are agreed before any extra work begins, never billed after the fact.
Reach out during business hours and you hear back the same day. If we drop the ball, we make it right.
