1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies do the same job: pixels, tags, local storage, and device identifiers. This policy covers all of them and calls them cookies for short.
We use cookies to keep the site working, to see which pages and campaigns bring people here, and to measure whether an ad led to a booking.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary. Needed for the site to load, stay secure, and remember your cookie choice. These run without consent because the site cannot function without them.
Analytics. Tell us how the site is used in aggregate: which pages get read, where people drop off, which forms get abandoned. Set only after you opt in.
Advertising and conversion measurement. Let us see whether an ad click led to an inquiry or a booking, and let advertising platforms build audiences. Set only after you opt in.
Functional. Support booking, chat, and form tools so your details and session carry across steps. Set only after you opt in, except where the tool is strictly necessary to complete an action you asked for.

Names and lifespans are set by each provider and can change. The consent banner shows the live list at the time you visit.
4. Third parties, and where the data goes
Google, Meta, Cloudflare, and GoHighLevel are independent organisations that receive data through these cookies and process it under their own privacy terms. Several of them process data in the United States. See the cross border transfer section of our Privacy Policy for what that means for you.
5. Consent
Non essential cookies do not run until you opt in. On your first visit a banner asks you to accept, reject, or choose by category. Rejecting leaves the strictly necessary cookies only, and the site still works.
Email consent is separate. Agreeing to cookies does not sign you up for anything. Consent to receive commercial email is its own checkbox on our forms, is never pre ticked, and is handled on an opt in basis consistent with Canada's Anti Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that we action promptly.
6. Changing or withdrawing your choice
- Reopen the cookie preferences link in the site footer and change your selection at any time.
- Clear cookies in your browser settings to reset the banner.
- Block or limit cookies in your browser. Guidance is published by Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
- Use the platform level opt outs offered by Google and Meta in their own account and ad settings.
- Withdrawing consent stops future collection. It does not erase what was already collected. To ask about deletion, see the rights section of our Privacy Policy.
7. Do Not Track
Browsers send Do Not Track signals inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for honouring them. We rely on the consent banner instead, which gives you an explicit and auditable choice.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when we add, remove, or reconfigure a tool. The version date sits at the top of the page.
