Four things happen, and none of them is silence
The most common thing a cross-border filer tells us about their last firm is that they booked something and then heard nothing. Here is the sequence on our side, so you know when to expect what.
A confirmation, immediately
You get a calendar invite with the time, the link and the name of the person you are meeting. Not a "we have received your enquiry" autoresponder.
Twenty minutes, on the clock
We establish which filings apply to you, which country, which years and how many entities. You do not need to send documents before this call.
A written scope and a fixed fee
After the call you get one number, in the currency it will be invoiced in, with the scope it covers written next to it. Nothing is invoiced unless you accept it.
A named owner, if you go ahead
One person owns your file end to end. A tax consultant reviews the return, and a licensed practitioner of record signs off.
If the consult tells us we are not the right firm for your situation, we will say so on the call. That is a cheaper outcome for both of us than finding out in March.
